Job Summary
The Radio Traffic Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with all ESPN 100.9 FM staff.
Essential Functions
- Create daily broadcast logs
- Reconcile daily logs to check for any discrepancies to make good on
- Run copy of daily logs to board-op room & reconcile DAD to natural Log for the next day’s log
- Create and maintain billing information for customers in Natural Log
- Reconcile customer accounts to make good on any missed spots
- Enter commercial schedules into Natural Log by specific date/time ranges stated on traffic schedule
- On a quarterly basis, create Public Service Announcement logs
- Create special event templates for events that do not run daily but run at specific times
- Maintain & file customer contracts, productions orders, script, traffic schedules, daily logs in archives
- Process vendor invoices, check requests & other disbursements according to policies/procedures
- Process timely check runs on a weekly basis to ensure payment deadlines are met
- Maintain an updated, accurate vendor database, including W-9 information
- Communicate with internal customers/outside vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, payment
- Post invoices, sales receipts, credits/payments to customer accounts
- Post radio contract breakouts and tie out QuickBooks with Natural Log on a monthly basis
- Oversee submissions of weekly affidavits online for ESPN programs/updates/spots
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the VP-CFO
Knowledge / Skills / Job Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, specifically; proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional

Preferred Education and Formal Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
- A minimum of one year experience working with payable and receivables
- 3 years of working in radio environment preferred
